The app also offers meditation packages from online courses that focus on improving relationships with others and oneself. With two- to three-minute guided meditations included, it's even possible to incorporate mindfulness practice into busy days.

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon purchase confirmation. Monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal through your App Store account settings. Refunds cannot be provided for unused portions of the current term.

If you purchase a new subscription, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited.
